Impredictable Basoa will be a perpetual forest planted in a collaborative way, thus combining the positive environmental effects with a tourist experience, leisure activities and team building
We can plant it ourselves; you can come and plant it and enjoy the environment and the experience or complete the activity with a visit to the Itsasmendi Winery of the Bizkaiko Txakolina Denomination of Origin and enjoy a pintxo and txakoli tasting.
Plantations must respect the natural cycles of the species and in our case, in Muniketagana (Muxika, Bizkaia), this cycle runs from October to March approximately, depending on the weather.
We plant only native trees; Impredecible Basoa will be a typical Cantabrian mixed forest because, as well as compensating CO2, we seek the greatest possible biodiversity in each environment. We imitate Nature: we do not plant trees in a geometrical pattern in rows, but we seek naturalness in our forest.
The land belongs to Lurgaia Fundazioa so we are assured of its maintenance and that our forest is perennial.
